Mama Milly's is a way for us to share one of our passions: Cooking! We love to cook for others, and are a firm believer that simple meals don’t have to be boring.  We’ve curated In the Kitchen, our monthly series of cooking classes  to bring you simple meals that never skimp on flavor and best of all, are done in under an hour.

We offer free cooking demonstrations, not only to show you a variety of ways to use our mojo garlic sauce, but to share our love of food and cooking with you.  We want you to fall in love with the act of cooking and how you can cook easy, delicious meals no matter your skill or comfort level. These interactive demos walk you through the cooking process step by step. Helpful hints are provided along the way to ensure that you not only end up with a delicious result, but also get the opportunity to improve your cooking expertise.

This interactive experience is unlike most cooking tutorials available online. Our demos aren’t prerecorded or generic. Each is conducted live with our Founder, Milena, who is an experienced home cook who loves to learn new techniques, cuisines, and can pretty much read, watch, or talk about anything food related all day.

A live demo allows you the opportunity to ask questions and get feedback every step of the way. Because the level of instruction is simple and straightforward, these are the best for beginners. However, experienced home chefs can also get a lot out of these tutorials, especially if they’re looking to expand their skills and try out new cuisines.
