How should I use my mojo garlic sauce?

Stir it up to mix the garlic and herbs with the oil, then you can use it any way you want! It truly is a versatile sauce.  It is a complete seasoning- you don't need to add anything else.. unless of course you'd like to add whatever fresh or dried herbs you'd like to complement your food with. It can be eaten as a condiment on a finished dish, mixed with your favorite condiments like mayo, mustard, or ketchup. It can be used as a cooking sauce- sautéed, roasted, steamed, air-fried, etc. with your favorite proteins and vegetables.  It can be used as a marinade, a pasta sauce, a garlic bread spread... as you see, it can be used in a variety of ways. We wouldn't be surprised if you start to use it daily!


Why do you use a blend of oil?

We understand that a blend of oils may not be for everyone.  We believe the best way to do business is to inform potential customers so they can make the best decision for their needs before purchase. We stand by the decision to use a blend of oils for my sauce. That is why we list the ingredients prominently on the website, as well as the label.  We also have a blog post explaining the decision in detail.  After testing many oils, we truly believe this blend provides the best value, flavor, and quality of sauce. It allows for a variety of cooking methods and stands up to the required refrigeration.  We originally intended a pure olive oil product, but found it to be limiting for high temperature cooking as well as congealing in the fridge which inhibited an infusion of flavors and degraded the quality of the sauce.  We also researched an avocado oil option, but found it to be cost prohibitive with the final product landing at a cost of $16-18 for a jar of sauce. Based on our market research, that would have exceeded the price tag of current premium products and is not an accessible or fair price point.  In the end, we decided to be as true to our mother's original recipe as we could.


How long does the mojo garlic sauce last?

Once opened, a refrigerated sauce will last about two to three months for optimal freshness. Unopened with seals in tact, it can be stored at room temperature for up to four months.


Where are your products made?

Our products are made and bottled in a commercial kitchen under strict health codes by certified ServSafe individuals.  They are made in small batches with the freshest, quality ingredients available.


What COVID-19 precautions are you taking?

Gloves and masks are worn when producing, bottling, and packaging items.  All people involved in the process have been very limited public interaction, as well as no fevers or symptoms at the time of production. No contact pickup is available in addition to shipping via United States Postal Service.


I can't wait to taste my sauce, so when can I expect my order?

We send out orders by the next mail pickup Monday thru Saturday. If ordered by 12pm EST, this can typically be sent out the same day.  Any orders placed on Sunday will be mailed out on Monday.  Although shipping times vary, most orders will be received within 2-3 business days, but can be up to 7 business days.
