A staple in Latin American cuisine, Sazón is a spice blend that gives color and depth of flavor to stews, soups, beans, and rice dishes. We use real annatto, not an artificial colorant that you'll find in most Sazón. This not only adds a rich color but adds a bittersweet, earthy balance to food.
Use 2 to 3 teaspoons of sazón seasoning mix to rub on your protein of choice before cooking, or sprinkle into stews and broths. For maximum flavor, combine with our Adobo and Mojo Garlic Sauce.
