Homemade Ranch Dressing
Make a delicious dip to get kids to eat anything! And who doesn’t love ranch?! Ranch dressing is easy to make and the quality is so much better than that stuff in a bottle. We’re using greek yogurt for a lighter and protein packed version. Cut up your favorite veggies and indulge!
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons Mama Milly's Garlic Mojo Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Mama Milly's Adobo Spice Blend
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Water (optional, for desired consistency)
1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, Garlic Mojo Sauce, Adobo Spice Blend, lemon juice, fresh dill, fresh parsley, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
2. Taste the dressing and adjust the seasoning according to your preference. If the dressing is too thick, you can thin it out by adding a small amount of water and whisking until desired consistency is reached.
3. Once you're satisfied with the taste and consistency, transfer the dressing to a jar or airtight container.
4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
5. Give the dressing a good stir before serving.
6. Use the homemade ranch dressing as a delicious dip for veggies, a dressing for salads, or a sauce for wraps and sandwiches.
