Cranberry Orange Glazed Salmon


  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup Mama Milly's Mojo Garlic Sauce
  • 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Zest of one orange
  • 1/4 cup fresh cranberries (optional, for garnish)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a small bowl, mix Mama Milly's Mojo Garlic Sauce, orange juice, maple syrup, olive oil, and orange zest.
  • Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet and brush them generously with the glaze mixture.
  • Bake the salmon for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through and flaky.
  • While the salmon is baking, simmer the remaining glaze mixture in a small saucepan over low heat until slightly thickened.
  • Once the salmon is done, drizzle the thickened glaze over the fillets and garnish with fresh cranberries and chopped parsley.
