- 2 cups diced sweet potatoes
- 1 cup red lentils, rinsed
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons Mojo Garlic Sauce
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1 tablespoons Adobo Spice blend
- 1 tablespoons Sazón Spice Blend
- Fresh cilantro leaves (for garnish)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing until fragrant and translucent.
2. Stir in Adobo and Sazón Spice blends, coating the onions and garlic evenly.
