Ingredients:

For the Salad:

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup shelled English peas
  • 1/2 cup sliced radishes
  • 1/2 cup crumbled goat cheese
  • 1/2 cup toasted pecans
  • Salt, to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

For the Garlicky Dressing:

  • 1/2 cup Mojo Garlic Sauce
  • 4 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 shallot, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • Salt, to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. For the Salad:

    • In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, English peas, radishes, goat cheese, and pecans.
    • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. For the Garlicky Dressing:

    • In a small bowl, whisk together the mojo, red wine vinegar, shallots, Dijon mustard, and honey.
